This letter is to let you know how pleased we are with the roofing job that was done by your crew.
I especially appreciate that they were willing to work with me on the installation of the Structurwood Radiant Barrier Sheathing on the gable portion of the roof. Their tolerance of me getting in their way was over and above the call of duty. As I was able to supplement the attic space before the Radiant Barrier Sheathing was installed, our goal of decreasing the transfer of heat in the winter and summer, into this room, should be realized.
Besides being very good at their job, Jim, Stephanie, Jake and Bryan are nice people. They are a credit to your company. Thank you for scheduling this crew to do our roof. They are marvelous!
There are two requests in reguards to the final invoice.
1. The price for the Structurwood Radiant Barrier Sheathing needs to be included as a seperate cost. We have dicovered that we can claim part of this expense on our taxes as an insulation expense and need to provide the IRS with the cost of the product and installation.
2. A paid invoice is needed that shows the amount of the down payment. Our insurance company has requested this for their files.
Thank you for your assistance in getting our roof installed and working with our timeline. We look forward to working with your company in the future.
